We diligently make every effort to proactively reach out to you in the event of any issues that may potentially cause delays in the processing of your order.
Various factors, including adverse weather conditions or emergencies, discrepancies between billing and shipping addresses, and security alerts from your financial institution or credit card company, may also contribute to delays in the shipping process.
In rare circumstances, we uphold the right to cancel and refund orders at our discretion. This may be necessary due to suspected fraudulent activity, import/export restrictions, carrier service constraints, or other legitimate reasons. Should your order be canceled, a Pardevo customer service representative will promptly reach out to you via email to assist you in successfully placing a new order.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Free Shipping (orders $100+): Complimentary, with an expected delivery time of 8-15 days.
Orders below $100: $20.00, with an expected delivery time of 8-15 days.
Pardevo provides international shipping via Aramex International for most international orders and countries. Pardevo only charges for the shipping and doesn't include any import/custom duties within the shipping fee charged. For complimentary shipping, import duties/custom duties or any other taxes are subject to local guidelines and tax laws, and Pardevo doesn't have any control over that.
