How do you confirm my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order. If it does not appear in your primary email inbox, kindly check your junk or spam folders. Please review the order confirmation and reach out to us if any errors are noticed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at your earliest convenience. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can typically assist you. Please be aware that once your order has been sent, there are limited options available for modification.

Where do you deliver?

We offer worldwide delivery and dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Our commitment is to process all orders within 1-2 working days of placement. In the event of any delays, we will promptly notify you. For your peace of mind, all orders are dispatched with tracking and insurance.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing a link to track your order on the forwarder's website.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard delivery within France: 2-5 working days
- Delivery within Europe: approximately 7 working days
- Delivery to the rest of the world: approximately 10 working days

Please note that these delivery times are approximate, so we recommend allowing extra time for gift purchases. 

What are your delivery charges?

The following postage charges will apply to every purchase:

Worldwide: $15 for order below $99 and free delivery for all orders above $99

Do I have to pay custom duties or is it included in shipping charges?

Kindly be informed that all goods once dispatched, and any customs or import duties are levied upon the parcel's arrival at its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Regrettably, we have no authority over these fees, and are unable to provide precise estimations, as customs regulations and import duties differ significantly from one country to another.

Please be advised that we are unable to declare orders at a lower value or classify them as gifts.

We maintain a close partnership with our shipping provider to mitigate any potential customs delays for our international clientele.
