Returns and Eligibility

All returns are subject to meticulous inspection. To ensure a seamless refund process, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Timely Returns: We accept returns within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Requests for returns made beyond this 7-day period will not be considered.

2. Return Condition: For a full refund or exchange, returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with the cellophane intact. Items returned in a different condition will be assessed by our quality control team. If accepted, the refund value will be contingent on the product's condition and will be issued in the form of a store credit. 

3. Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we are pleased to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for items returned to us within 7 days from the delivery date. The returned items must be unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition. All components of the product, including packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, and other accompanying items, must be returned to initiate a refund.

**Shipping Fees and International Returns**

- Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. Please note that the aforementioned return processes apply to U.S. orders exclusively. Pardevo does not facilitate international returns. We do not cover shipping costs, potential customs fees, or provide shipping labels for international returns. If you are a customer outside of the U.S. and wish to return an item, you are responsible for arranging its shipment to us. Pardevo is not liable for any loss during the return shipment.

- A flat return fee of $10.00 is associated with shipping the product back, unless the goods are found to be faulty or incorrectly supplied.

**Undelivered or Lost Orders**

In the event your order is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Service immediately. If your order is deemed lost or undelivered, we will send you a replacement. Please be aware that by accepting the replacement, you are waiving your rights to a monetary refund. Instead, store credit will be issued. High-value orders may necessitate evaluation by our team or submission through our insurance before reshipment.

Upon receiving the returned items, they will be expeditiously inspected. Your refund will be processed in accordance with the inspection findings. Please note that individual samples/vials, custom bundles, and discovery kits are non-refundable and non-returnable, constituting a final sale. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a separate email notification. We kindly request that you allow 3-5 business days for the refund transaction to be reflected in your account.

**Custom Bundles and Sample Packs**

Please be aware that custom bundles or sample packs curated by Pardevo are not eligible for the application of promotional codes.
